Molecular Meals: Summer BBQ, July 5, 2025 2:00PM

Enjoy a 4th of July picnic with a Tech spin, as you gather your friends and family to enjoy the tastes of summer in sphere form!
Using molecular gastronomy techniques, your group will hand-craft a spread of edible popping spheres inspired by favorite hot-weather flavors. Think pickles! watermelon! mustard…and more!
Participants will be given supplies to take away to continue creating at home! Places are limited so advance reservations are recommended.

Member price $15 per person, Non-member price $20 per person
